Instructional Designer
Karyn Beach

I transform complex corporate knowledge into engaging, performance-driven adult learning experiences. Using adult learning principles and creative, visual design, I create compelling eLearnings.

However, as a comprehensive instructional designer, I realize that instructional design is more than eLearnings. I have created facilitator and user guides, job aids, presentations and established and enforced documentation standards as well.

I have worked with supervisors, managers and executives to solve productivity issues and to execute major training rollouts.

I love what I do!
